  Nicole Li is, hands down, one of the best realtors I’ve come across! Not only did she succeed in helping me take up the lease of my dream 1-bedroom apartment TWO MONTHS before my occupancy date (which is quite a task during COVID, given that landlords are not usually willing to wait that long), but she has also been a constant emotional support throughout the entire process. During our phone calls, she’d patiently listen to all of my concerns without once making me feel like a burden, such that I felt like I was talking to a friend who really cared about getting me my dream home. She is very diligent and no matter how many requests I made or how many silly questions I asked, she readily obliged and always delivered. She unhesitatingly arranged for in-person viewings even during COVID and was excellent in wearing a mask and taking the necessary precautions, which made me feel safe. Nicole is also very knowledgeable and was able to provide sound advice on lease terms, notice periods and procedures, etc. Although there were times that I was skeptical if I’d be able to find a suitable apartment which fit my needs (I’m extremely picky and not the easiest client) and also fit my rigid timeframe, Nicole constantly assured me that no matter what happened, she would find the right place for me. And indeed, she kept her promise to the T. She is definitely a person of strong values and high commitment, she is dedicated, hard-working, and focussed on delivering results.
